The Churro Man has over 45 years experience in the food and restaurant industry. We specialize in gourmet churros, freshly made and served HOT. It’s a new generation churro with a touch of Baja California - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Our dough is prepared every morning with the helping hands of our grandmother herself who brought the secret recipe from a small town in Jalisco, Mexico. Family owned and operated, we take delight in serving the best churros in Los Angeles.

The Churro Man opened its outdoors with the idea of offering traditional churros from Mexico in a fun and friendly setting. Our state-of-the-art churro press enables us to cater to large corporate events where we can serve up to 200 churros an hour! Churro Man was the first approved churro truck by the health dept. in the state of California . Ideal for any occasion, it's simple “Everybody loves churros!”

What is a Churro?

Traditionally enjoyed in Mexico anytime of the day or night, a churro is a simple and delightful pastry. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, churros can be eaten plain or sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. You may also add our signature dipping sauces including: Cajeta, Chocolate, Lechera, Nutella, and Strawberry. Additionally, churros can be accompanied with coffee, ice cream, or hot chocolate. Finally, our churros are vegan and contain no nuts or preservatives.
